Woman’s World Joins the Makeover Mooo-vement

Even icons need a makeover now and then. That was the thinking behind Pavone client Turkey Hill Dairy’s current “Giant Cow Makeover” contest, which asks fans to submit designs for Turkey Hill’s signature Giant Cow (submit yours by January 31 here).  The winning design will be painted on the ice cream and iced tea maker’s 13-foot Giant Cow, which has traveled the nation since 1967, making appearances at parades, state fairs, grand openings and other events. Woman’s World magazine also understands the importance of an occasional makeover and gave the contest a mention in its December issue. We’d like to think it was because they know their 1.2 million readers like to exercise their creative muscles, but it was probably because the contest’s grand prize – a year’s supply of Turkey Hill Ice Cream and a trip to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania – is too good to pass up.
